Dear
i am in UK as british citizen and living with wife with pakistani citizen

i want to invite my mother and mother in law for indefinite leave to remain (because wee both are alone and our our mother are 100% depended on us )
we send them money monthly as well
we dont have any brother or sister in pakistan
we both are working in UK and earning good money
we want to bring our mother here(UK)
both mother(s) are over 62 ages
we have two bed room house on rent
and 4000 pounds saving in account

some one give us suggustion that first we sponsor our mother on visit visa when they will here then we apply for ILE visa is it possible ?

I wouldnt even bother applying for this type of visa as they will not get it.

There are very strict restrictions for this visa and looking at your personal circumstances I dont think your parents would qualify.

Instead try your luck getting them a family visitor visa and if it is granted, it would enable them to spend at least 6 months with you and your family.

Read this link for further info on this matter

http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/ecg/settle ... prelatives

Remember if you apply for permanant stay, your parents will be refused and then if you try to get visitors visa for them, that will almsot likely be refused as the BHC are now aware of your parenst intention for going to the UK.

Therefore you could loose out on both

Hi Tania, I am not an expert but your mother(s) need to be at least 65 years of age and even then it may be a bit tricky. Are you inviting one or both? I know for sure that if you invite them to visit and then try to apply for settlement, it may be more difficult than just applying for a settlement visa in their country in Pakistan. The UKBA may say you were lying on the application and intended to deceive them from the start. Do you think they will like it here? it may be better to ask them to spend a month with you first, maybe they hate it in the UK. Best wishes.
