Applying for Tier 1 PSW from Student Visa

Hello all,

I was just wondering I am applying from student visa to Tier 1 PSW.

I finish my course in December, however my results come only till Feb, I have received a new job offer which starts from January but I am not sure if I can work full time during the period as I wait to apply for PSW (which will be in FEB).

I would appreciate if there is any guidance on this. Thank you very much.

U can work full time after finishing your classes BUT you can not take a permanent position for your full time work

It says on your Tier 4 Visa ID card that you can work full time if you don't have classes.

If you don't have have this ID then it should be on the letter which you got with your visa approval.
