Dependent Visa From pakistan

Hi ,

I am on PSW visa and currently working in an organization , i would be getting married in 2 weeks time. I need help regarding the following things :

1) Which forms i have to fill for my dependent from pakistan.
2) what other documents i have to attach ?
3) Do i have to attach the Marriage pics as well ?

you need,

VAF10 form (latest dated form)
your wife orginal passport
your passport's photocopy
original marriage certificates
few photographs
your accomodation letter
sponsor letter (letter from ur side)
6 months payslip
your employer letter
ur 3 months bank statement (maintaining £1600 each day) that statement should not be older than 1 month from the date of file of ur application
last but not least fees,
if u r filing from pak then TB certificate
