Claiming benefits before ILR

many people don't know that certain nationals can claim child benefit
even before ILR is granted and even when there is a stamp
"no recourse to public funds" in their passport.

If you are a citizen of a country with a biliteral social security agreement
with the UK you may be able to claim CHB.

BTW: I claimed CHB and had not problem in obtaining my ILR
