Appeal and fresh VISA together

my mum visa is refused recently and i am planing to apply fresh plus going to appeal as well
Plan is if it(VISA) get refused again than will wait for the appeal process to continue..
Any risk doing both together..?

Let us know what you are going to do for sure and then we will tell you.

You have posted the same message 4 times. You have been advised of the pros and cons of appealing and reapplying, so why do you keep asking again and again. :x

Hi its not a duplicate Post....but sorry if i am allowed only limited posts..

This time its a different question as i am asking if i can choose both route parallely ....

Fresh apply and also to request an appeal ...(if they refused visa again i will be still having appeal in pipeline)

Try keeping all your posts in one place. That way they may be answered.

You can make a fresh application and still keep your existing appeal running. that is provided you have completed the appeal notice(AIT2) and sent it back to AIT or BHC within 28 days of the date you were handed the refusal notice.

If in the meanwhile your second application is sucessful, then you just write to AIT saying you wish to withdraw the appeal. If your second application is not succesful, you then have to wait for appeal hearing and the outcome of that.

Personally I don't see the point in pursuing both at the same time. I would do one or the other... but everybody to their own choice

just wanted to know how can u send original docs for both appeal to AIT and fresh application at the same time?

Thanks Batelykhan i 'll keep things tidy up now in one post only..

Called today Gerry's office and got the appointment to submit the fresh application on (17 Nov at Lahore office)..

Here is the list of Docs I am sending this time

1. Employer Letter confirming employment in UK( as i will be sponsoring her)
2. 6 month Bank statement
3. 6 month salary slips
4. Sponsorship letter stating I 'll be supporting (my mother )her visit financially (does this need to be solicitor stamped here in uk?)
5 Tenancy Agreement
6. Property evaluation letter from landlord stating the rooms (is this mandatory?)
7. Family tree information
8. Mother pension docs


Please advise if anything else need to be included..
