I am again with a Q
i came in this country 2008 at spouse visa
because of job loss my wife was claming housing benefit child tac credit child benefit and some days she claim job secking but now we stoped all benefit because i start a self empolyed job just she claming child benefit and child tax credit.all benefit was on her name.i want knw knw if if affect on my application ?

also in SETM application form what is crimnal conviction mean?
i have few parking ticket affenses i paid all ticket and its cleard now.shall i mention these parking fine in application form?

also i want to apply in person so how many days i can call for appoinment?

You wife is entitled to claim those benefits. Parking fines don't have to be declared.
What date did you first enter the UK on your spouse visa and what is the expiry date?
Have you passed the Life in the UK test yet?

yes i did pass life in the uk test and i enter in this country 6th of march 2008
so when should i call them for n appoinment?

You can submit your application at a PEO from the 6th February (which is a Saturday)...but make sure it's before the expiry date (you haven't said when that is).
Start calling the appointment line 6 weeks before the 6th February.

also how many documents prof of addres we cn take with us
i have one 11 month old baby
my wife is not working
i was working in start full time then company put me on part time.after that my wife start taking HB CT CB JS
then after when my cmpany said now they cant afford me and the kick me out from compny i was jobless for few month and we were hand to mouth and faced very hard time no money for bills less food
now i started self employed job which i think i have to regester and i m getting enough money to servive so we stoped all bf acxept CB CT
because some body told us it will afect on my case
we lived on two addrese in last 2 years most of the letters came at my my name few my wife gets just bank statment on her name
there is tanency agrement on our joint name i m thinking to join in my wife bank.
wht should i do please i nead more advice

You only need 6 different proofs of joint address, spread as evenly as possible over the full 2 years. Include extra in single names if you don't have enough in joint names.
You do need to register as self-employed. You have 3 months to do this from the time you begin self-employment.

as i start my self employd job and its less then three month left to apply so will it afect if i regester now?
can i show my part time job pay slips which i was doig before?
in part time job i was getting les money will it afect?
