Where all can we apply under Skilled category like Tier 1?

Hello Friends,

I am an Indian with 5 years experience in Information Technology (IT)industry. I am currently working in the UK on Tier 2 and am interested in working outside India in IT. I am not a Masters degree holder, hence, can't apply for UK Tier 1.

Could anyone please let me know the countries in Europe where we can apply & get a Work Permit or Permanent Residency and what is the eligibility for the same? Any equivalent of Tier 1 or UK PR is alright.
