You can go without a visa so long as you have your Stamp 4 EUFam Residence Card.

Taking a photocopy of your marriage certificate would be belts and braces, but not vital.

Most likely scenario is that you will not meet an IO anyway.

The guys at Dublin will not issue you a boarding pass if you just produce a stamp 4 EUFAM. The good news is, you don't require a transit visa, due to the fact you have an EU residency and will be transiting for a period less than 24 hours. You will need to carry and show the airlines staff your details or tickets showing you connecting flight from the UK airport.

On your way back, you will need to show evidence of you connecting flight from UK to Ireland. With that, you will be fine.

You will be issued with an entry stamp at the port of entry on you arrival in the UK, which will allow you to go to the domestic section for you onward journey to Ireland.

Once again, you don't need a transit visa, as the period of you stay in the UK on both occasion, is less than 24 hrs.
