work permit to ilr

Hi guys,

Please can anyone advise whether I need to submit 5 years P60s with the ILR application. I am a work permit holder for almost 5 years now, due to apply for ILR in 3 months.

And if yes, what if I don't have the first 2 years

Please help!

Yes you need to submit the P60 for the last 5 years as a prove of your continous stay, this what I was told by the UKBA officer when I did ask about that matter, Best wishes

for the first two years, you should ask your employer to preduce a duplicate for you
