Reconsideration Question...Any help appreciated.

I had my reconsideration today and the Home Office decided to submit a bundle which the directions said should have been submitted before the end of October (Oh well). As I didnt see their submissions until this morning, I asked the judge if I could fax her the evidence I had which rebutts the Home Office's submissions. She said yes. She also reserved her judgment.

I am sending some docs to her tomorrow. My question is can she order another hearing or will she have to come to a decision based on the evidence before her?
