About to apply for ILR

Post by buntosanya » Sat Nov 14, 2009 2:40 pm

I am an HSMP work permit holder and about to apply for my ILR. My questions are.

1. Can I send my 6 months payslips and all my P60s without having to send my 3 months Statements. I don't have much in my Account and no Savings at all. The money goes out as it comes in and I don't want this to be used against me.

2. I just changed my job in October. I have a letter confirming offer of employment but conditional until necessary checks are carried out. However, I can't find the letter confirming the starting date. I have got my P45 up to September from my previous employer and also October payslip from this new Employer, because I started with them beginning of October. I don't know if that October Payslip is proof enough that I actually did start work at the new work place, or the letter being a conditional offer of Employment will be an issue.

3. My main concern is the fact that I left the new job end of October, and that is because it was having a negative effect on my health (Night job). I could not cope, so I had to leave it. Will be sending my application before the end of November, that mean that I really don't need November payslip. However, I don't know if I have to declare this in my Application.

Thanks
