hello every one
I did 4 years Bachelors in Engineering Degree from NED Karachi - Pakistan in 1994-1998.
Then I did 2 years MSc in Computers Science from University of Sindh Jamshoro Pakistan 1999-2000
Altogether I Spend 4+2=6 years.

Question: IS MY MASTERS DEGREE EQUIVALENT TO UK MASTERS???...to claim 35 points for Tier1 immigrant visa

Yes, IF IT IS on pbs calc or Naric certified

I think you are not elible for applying unless you have PHD from pakistan
as Point calculator donot award any point to Pakistani Master degrees
To be on save side re-check on point calculator and then contact UK Naric for further guidance.

Hi Zee,

Pakistani master degree in Enginereing is equivalent to UK master and you will be awarded 35 points. UKBA calculator also acknowledge Jamshoro Univeristy's degree.

Just check your university in the points based calculator,
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/pointscalculator

if it awards you points you will be lucky, but i thinks most likely outcome will be NO.
