friends very very urgent plzzzz help me

haiii frnds iam srinivas i did my msc in uk got my msc in jan. then i came to india to applay for my psw visa. i maintained sufficient funds for 3 months and aplayd for my post study work visa in may then i got refusal in june. they refused my visa under 320 a and 320 b and said any future application also been refuse for 10 yrs. they said that my bank statement was false but i was nt false its a genuine statement with sufficient balnce that i need to applay.
so appld for admin review in june by putting a letter from bank and updated statement they took 5 months to give the decsion on my review was unsuccessful. now they changed the decision and again refused my visa.
now eco refused my visa under paragraph 24 they said the provided documnets are finacial evidances are inconclusive. eco with drawn his 1st refusal statement 320a and 320b and said any future application will not been refused.
so eco changed his 1st decision that my document was fake now saying finacial evidance inconclusive. now i have big problrm to applay again for psw again bcos i didnt maintained the balance and its only 2 months time to applay for my psw (msc in jan). in a first refuseal eco made a blunder mistake that my bank document was fake. now how can i applay for my psw without bank statement.
wat can i do now can i appeal on decision, eco make my life hell how can i maintain balance for 1 yr they took 5 months to give admin review dcsn id that dcsn was quick i may able to applay one again.now its too late. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz any body help

just apply for student visa or HSMP mate if you can't apply for PSW
