Hi all
My husband applied 19 months ago for ILR, he had overstayed by 10mths due to incorrect advice from an test centre after sitting his life test and passed, been in country scince 2001, always renewed visa on time until given incorrect advice, now not been allowed to work scince sent off forms, have tried to get info UKBA will not inform us andhave tried to get help from so many places. In terrible financial difficulty due to him not working and not been able to claim benefits. All I can claim is tax credit on my wage. any positive advice from anyone would be appreciated. Our human rights have been infringed I feel and also not been given info is against freedom of information act.
