Tier 2 - ICT rule changes in 2010

Hi All,

Heard that the Tier2 Intra Company Transfer rules will be changed in 2010 to increase the minimum period of employment from 6 months to 1 year.

Any such news? If it is true, any likely date from the rule will be effective?

Was planning for a ICT visa in May :( Fingers crossed!
