PSW dependent (Parents) Visa

Hello Seniors,
One of my friend is in trouble. He has PSW here in UK and has only mother backhome and she widowof +60 years. As he is the only son can he apply for her mother on PSW dependent and which documents are required to apply....
Pls reply as he has very less time to decide plsssssssssss

No, only if he has ILR.

No you cant

you can apply for visit visa.
