Working holiday visa stamp question

Hi all!

I need some information regarding a visa in my passport.

I received a 2 year working holiday visa valid from the 7th April 2004-valid until the 7th April 2006.

But my first entry to the UK was on the 1st May 2004.

When does my 2 year expire? On the 7th April 2006 or the 1st May 2006 when I first arrived in the UK.

Your help is much appreciated.

7th April 2006. If you wanted a deferred start to your visa you could have asked for one!
