ILR Appointment & Doucments

Post by jenny009 » Mon Nov 30, 2009 10:05 pm

Hello ,

This forum has been a great help for people like me. Great. Thanks guys.

As i am approaching my ILR appointment, I wonder if someone could have a quick look at my list of documents that I am going to submit to PEO soon.

I got my initial approval in july 2005 and had entered in the UK December 2005

I am covered by HSMP JR and it is 4 years I guess

Documents

1) ILR (O) app form
2) Passport size photos
3) Bank Statements - 6 months
4) Pay slips - 6 months
5) P60- 4 years
6) Tenancy agreement
7) Utility bills (Water bill & gas bill - 3 bills & billed quarterly- 9 months)
8) Council tax bill
9) Employer letter
10) Child birth certificate
11) Passports (mine & my kid)

Number of days I was out of the country

2006- 9 days
2007 – 78 days
2008 - 29 days
2009 - 35 days

Total = 151 days

I am not too sure if 151 days are ok. Did I spend too many days out of the country ?

Is that anything I am missing in my list , I will be grateful if you could please let me know

Also My husband is a WP holder who had sponsored my childs visa. I hope I can include him(my child) as my dependant in my ILR application as he was born in the UK.

Thanks a lot for your help

yes, HSMP JR people do not need to take the life in the uk test.
jenny - Your documents seems ok to me. also the absences are also within limits. u have not exceeded 90 days in one stretch and 180 days in total.-looks very straight forward to me, good luck

Thanks Idea. Sac, utility bills & council tax are there for address proof . You may wish to say , Bank statement would be enough for address proof.

Any suggesstion on this please :
Also My husband is a WP holder who had sponsored my childs visa. I hope I can include him(my child) as my dependant in my ILR application as he was born in the UK.

hi jenny009, I understand you will submit bank statements showing salary input. However, are several months of savings account statements necessary for ILR application?

Hi, You also need to submit your marriage certificate, which is missing in your checklist.
