how easy 2 find new employer 2 sponser 4 u in changing job

Just wanted to know how easy these days to find another employer ready to soponser u if u already in tier 2 general. I am in web technologies profession...

also if i get tier2 general .. can i do other jobs or work as self employed to earn more to qualify for Tier1 general ?

Well it might be easy now but from the 14th December, employers must nor advertise the job on JobCenre Plus and one other site for 4 WEEKS! I think employer will be put off by the fact that applications will now take 8 to 10 weeks to complete!

Also, no, you can't be self employed on a tier 2. You need tier 1 to be self-employed.
