ILR Question - I Took A Long Holiday

Post by HMRB » Fri Dec 04, 2009 9:29 am

I got my work permit in March 2005 and will be eligible for ILR in Feb 2010.

My concern is that I took 63 days leave (One in June, then another in December) in 2005. Will this create a problem for me when I apply for ILR? Out of these 63 days only 27 days was paid leave and the rest was unpaid leave.
