Please can anybody help!!!

My application was rejected because of maintenance fund..appeal and reconsideration were also refused. I travelled to my home country to make an application. My passport has not been returned since October. The VFS office keeps telling me they are awaiting report from the UK but that checks are completed.. does anybody know what this means?? I'm really confused!!

may be they want to confirmation for your refusal just wait and watch thanks.
