URGENT - UKBA ILR POSTAL APPLICATION REFERENCE

I applied for my ILR (Work permit+HSMP+Tier 1) on the 8th of September 2009. My UKBA reference starts with LR:

does this by any chance mean that they are considering my application under long term residence by accident?
