Is there anything they can do???

I'm writing on behalf of my sister as she doesn't have internet access.
Her and her boyfriend are both living together, he is currently under immigration control and is unable to work, she does work only part time 16 hours for NMW, they have a total income of Â£185.00 a week but because she is working has to pay full rent and council tax, is there any kind of charity they can turn to for further help and assistance. I do not know the exact reason of his immigration control. They have a 2 year old child together and are in real hardship, hardly able to feed and clothe themselves.

Any advice would be a great help, I help as much as I can but have my opwn house and home to run too.
