Immigration advisor

Post by Infonaz » Wed Dec 30, 2009 4:19 pm

Hi everyone,

I am about to start the process of switching from PSW to Tier 2 Sponsored worker.

Do you think I will need a solicitor to represent me?

Please advice a good one which worked for you or your friend.

Thank you!

you know, unless you have some previous bad immigration history, i don't think you'll need one.
I would only recomend going to a solicitor only when you apply for settlement or citizenship.
Switching from PSW to Tier 2 is really, quite simple and easy. So, in my opinion, you won't need one.

If you have any questions, we can try to answer them.

For Tier2(G) visa.. only getting sponser license for the company is the tough part but if that is already done then you can get other stuff arranged with the help of this forum quite easily.. goodluck
