URGENT PLEASE READ

hi u all
i applied for a visit visa to uk to attend my court proceedings for my daughter.i had a court hearing on the 5th of January 2010 which is tomorrow.and my hotel reservation in uk as well.and now i dint get my passport back from abu dhabi.and now my case will be dismissed and my hotel reservation will be expired . so now if these visa ppl will ask court abt my case they will know the case is dismissed because i was not there so do u guys think they will grant me a visa or just say well ur case is gone so subbmitt a fresh visa application and apply to the courts again. has anyone got any idea what happens like when a student apply s for a visa and don't get the visa in time and there classes starts s what does these visa ppl do than i mean everything of mine was genuine court hearing letters and now because visa delayed everything is gone.i can apply again to the courts no problem with that but than i cant tell these visa ppl that ive applied because they don't accept new documents after u submit ur application

the court hearing might still take place without you
the judge might like to go through and carry on with your absence.
I would suggest you to send a fax to the court attention to the judge with your court reference on it and explain the case why you could not come
I am sure the judge will take into the consideration
you should wait until you got the decision from the judge before you make a fresh application
you might be successfull who knows
