I need your help and advise regarding visa for my son born in uk.
I have HSMP Visa (under old rules) and I came in UK with my wife and daughter (as dependants). My son was born here in UK.
My family went back to Pakistan without obtaining visa for my son. Now as my family has planned to come back to UK and we need visa for the kid so Please advise me about the visa application process, Application form required, and is it necessary to show the bank statement again covering 3 months for maintenance funds.
