italian & romanian marriage

hello,

I'm italian and my fiancé is romanian. actualy we leave in Italy but I recive a job offer in London and we have to move as soon as possible. I know that romanians still need a work permit for UK.
1.Is true that if we get married she will get the right to work without needing a work permit?
2. Does it change anything if we get married in Italy or in UK? I mean since we don't have too much time to do it here will it be the same for her to be exempt for the work permit if we get merried when we will be in the UK?
3. what kind of documents we need to get married?

I know that maybe I ask too much, but I'll be very grateful if someone could quid me

It shows you only want to marry your romanian gf in order to cut-corners and that is wrong 'm afraid. The UKImmigration will certainly not be happy with this kind of development as they will describe it as sham marriage. Your marriage must be genuine and not of convinience. You do not need to get married!
If you can prove to the BHC in Italy that you are in a subsisting long term relationship with your partner, then you could apply for an EEA Family Permit for her as your 'extended' family member, before proceeding to the UK.
Your job offer is proof that you will be excersing your treaty rights in the UK after all!
The EEA FP will allow her to work without the need to apply for a work permit.
It should be issued quickly at the BHC, and it is free of charge!
