Dont worry be happy. Yes you can cover 6 month records with joint names or single names on same address.
You can get following evidence very easily:
-Your's/wife's payslips and P60 on new address.
-On tenancy agreement put joint name (you and your wife's name)
-Get registration with GP (Doctor) and ask him to request for you NHS Medical Cards to be send to your new address or you can change the addresses of your old NHS Medical Cards to new one.
-If you have mobile phone (contract, not pay as you go), you can request your service provider to send you paper bill by post with the CARE OF YOUR WIFE'S NAME (i.e Mr W Ali Khan C/O Mrs W Ali Khan or her actual name).
-Apply some credit card online on your wife's name. They will send you some letters (acceptance or rejection) by post on your address that will be your evidence.
-Get some mortgage quote from bank. Joint name must appear on it.
-Apply some prospectuses from different colleges or unis on your and your wife's name. They will send you this with covering letter. That covering letter will be your evidence.
-There are other lots of junk letters you can get.
