I have been granted ILR last year April and my daughter who is 2 years old is on a dependent visa on parents (me and hubby). Hubby is on WP, not yet completed 5 years term. Is it for sure that I can make an application for British Citizenship for my daughter immediately using MN1?

If daughter was born in the UK, then yes. Else, no.
