Passport expiry

Hi Guys, my passport expires in August 2010 and I have just applied for a PSW visa. Would HO still give me a 2 year visa? Would they assume that, I would renew my passport?

Yes, no problem, you will get your visa. After passport expires, it is up to you to transfer your visa to the new one (if you need a new passport and you need to pay a little fee on that) or just leave on the old expired one, stick two passports together with no problem so.. yes
