im one of the A8 countries citizen, i want to establish a limited company in UK and Registration Certificate from Home office. as self employed basic.
I'm only 1 director of this company, it will be consider me as self employed? and i would be eligible for Registration Certificate?
Can i do it stright away after i would register a company?
