TIER 1 dependant - job related question, please help

Hello,

I hold a TIER 1 work visa issued in 2009 and I am currently planning to apply TIER 1 dependant visa for my spouse. I have lost my job currently in UK due to recession.

- can I apply dependant visa for my wife eventhough I have no current job.

- For your info, i earned more than 40 k in UK during my early years and got my work permit

- I have well maintained the funds more than 20 lakhs in my account for better sponsoring my wife.

- With this will my wife get a dependent tier 1 visa or will it get declined.

_ also I have documents stating that I have passed couple of interviews and some interviews are scheduled in the next few days

_ please let me know whether dependent tier 1 visa is possible.
