Intra company transfer and number of employees

My employer has applied for sponsorship. Our company is very small with less than 5 employees in UK. Whether this will be a problem for getting intra company transfer status?

There were only 3 other employees when I was granted a work permit for intra company transfer. I expect it will be OK.
