Tier2 - Help required for Job title.

Hi All,

My sister is in India. She done MBA (HR). I like to bring her to Uk. We have retail based company with 35 employees. It is A rated company with two Tier2 employees as retail managers. I am bit confused about Job title. There are two in my mind. one is Hr manager and another one is customer relationship manager.I am not sure whether is it allowed to appoint Indian MBA degree holder as HR manager? or If we choose Customer relations manaer is there any chance that ECo may think that are they required to recruit customer relation ship manger from abroad? So i am bit confused about this. Please advice me, if any one has got idea about this. So i can give the advert.

1. U will have to advertise the job and follow the proceudres.
2. Her qualification needs to be checked by UK NARIC.
3. Also read the CODE OF PRACTICE list and find an appropriate job title.
4. U will also need to make sure that the job is eligible for a tier 2 visa as it is listed wen u read the list and the requirements.
