I have sent my application on 7th of December 2009 for first time by special delivery. I gave my Visa Debit card details unfortunatelly for the payment of 500 pound application fee. However, i forgot to pass my money from Easy account to debit account at the same day on 7th of December 2009. I remmembered the next day on 8th of December at 1100am and passed 500 pound from Easy account to Debit, however, the documents were in special delivery and might have arrived at early morning on 8th of december whic i have hassitated. When i received acknowledegement letter, i thought that no problem arisen due to my delayed transfered money to my Visa debit account. Becoused, the acknowledegement letter seemed to me the start of eveluation through my visa. It was very pity that just before couple of hours to christmas, my neighbour at next door stopped me saying that i have a letter for you which he has been keeping for two week with him...argghhhhhh... I saw that my documents were back stating that no sufficent money were in the account to withdraw. I was very upset for my delayed action at the same time for royal mail delivering my documents to my neighbour altough the documents were sent back by recorded and signed for..beside this, how the hell this neighbour has kept my document for 2 weeks in his house...arggghhh...
So, due to new year break and so on , i sent my documents back on 4th of january 2010 by special delivery with again my debit crd payment regretably..i have received the acknowledgement letter again for second time, however, the 500 pound fee has not been touched once again. Is it something they are doing intentionally for the people paying by Debit card to reduce the high traffic of application or am i doing something wrong..I am very streessed and my visa will expire on 31 january and i cant apply from my country as i dont have 2800 pound requirement for 3 months..please help..I cant reach any of tlephone number in Home Office.
