New Immigrant

Hello

I am a newly landed PR of the US - DV winner . From 2002 - 2005 i was a resident of the US on an L-visa . So i have a valid SSN . My question is , as a PR now , do i need to apply for an EAD before i can work or my evidence of PR is enough .

Evidence of your LPR is enough. Is your SSN annotated 'valid for employment only with authorization' - if yes then get this changed. Congratulations on your win.
