Tier 1 Dependent visa

I would like to know how long will it normally take to get the Tier 1 dependent visa from India.

5-7 Days.......

Usually a quick process if you have all your documents.............i had mine in 6 days..........but was rejected as didn't show proof of maintenance fund...........so be carefull and include as many evidences as you can.........

Thanks for that i my wife applied on 5th of january from Delhi but got the text message from VFS on 10th jan that your case is under process.. but she is still waiting till date.. we did provide all necessary documents.

It should be quick. It is not taking long time nowadays. You should expect sometime next week.

In lighter vein, may be they are verifying whether or not you are active on this forum or not :-) If not then they may delay it.

To check the processing times, What category should we look for PBS dependant ? Tier 1 ? Settlement or Non-Settlement ?

Hi yasa, congratulations. Can you pls. tell me what documents did you submit. Can you please also post the format of Sponser letter & NOC letter from landlord ? Thanks in advance...

I havent used any sponsor letter u can browse the forum and can find the sponsor letter format.... just provided the marriage certificate, job letter, tenancy agreement from WH Smith cost around 9 quids, 3 months bank statement for maintenance, first page and visa page copy of my passport.
