Hi,
Please clear my some doubts.
I am in UK and I have tier 1 visa which I got 2 months back
1. Is staying out of UK for more then 3 months would have any affect on my tier 1 visa, or for ILR later?
2. I was in WP here and then changed my visa to tier 1 and still working for same company. Can I still open my own company here as I want to do some work under for some other client under my own company name to claim the expenses?

As per the current ILR rules.. you can not be out of country for more than 90days in a year (but excempted if u are on business trip with proper proofs)
For info of more rules pls seach the forum

Yes you can TIer1*G visa allows you to do that..

this business rules is not world of law so please dont count on it .
HO is very strict on 90 and 180 days line
unless it is very dire than break these lines
i went on business trips and paid in UK, with employers letter but still suffered
