provisional degree certificate

provisional degree certificate

hi
I have b.com degree and pass out in 2003.I have marksheet and provisional degree certificate.could not collect original degree that time.
Now please let me know whether provisional b.com degree is valid for submission for english language requirement.if not then what is the solution?

Read Tier 1 Policy Guidance carefully. Para 193 answers your first question.

Solution - Get original degree from your University.

Even now Mumbai Uni provides letter for same and get degree in next convocation

Since you are from 2003 batch you should have degree by now. I think it will be just a matter of requesting degree from University or collecting it personally.
