ICFN for Tier 1 General visa

Post by rosdean » Sun Jan 17, 2010 8:16 am

Hi there

I'currently on TIER 2 Intercompany Transfer Visa that is valid till 2012 and I have my in-person appointment on 22nd to switch to Tier 1.

1) Do I need to have ICFN. I understand this has been introduced on Jan 6th 2010 and I have booked my appointment in December. If I need to have ICFN card, will I be allowed to apply after I get my Tier 1 switch over

2) Currently I'm paid Net salary in the UK and basic in India. Can I show my basis salary for my earning as well.

3) I#m the UK for the past 6 months. For 12 months salary - I'm planning to show 6 months from Indian gross as per my payslip with 5.3 uplift factor and second 6 months till December - my UK net salary + actual basis Indian salary with out uplift factor.

Thanks a lot

--Yes you can as long as you can enclose 2 evidences from different sources (ideally payslips n bankstatements )
