(HSMP)-Tier 1 Extension And Traffic Offence

Hi Guys,

Need some Help

I have recently applied my HSMP Extension on Tire 1 general visa. I had a traffic offence (my traffic offence was driving without "L" Plate, I pleaded guilty and court gave me £60 fine and three points on licence in Jan-07). Then I applied my HSMP and got my HSMP in JAN-08 (and did not mention this traffic offence in my application (as I thought, its not a crime) but I got my HSMP.

However, now, when I applied my HSMP (Tier 1) Extension, I mentioned that offence in my application. My only concern was that I did not mention this offence when I got my HSMP. Would this affect on my application that this time (for extension) I mentioned this offence in my application.

I would really appreciate your kind advice and moral help. Thank you.

1. The gud thing is that u mentioned it now.
2. It really depends on the caseworker now as if he/she sees that as a deception as it was not declared before or just ignore it cuz u did mention it this time.
