Tier 1 General Migrant Visa

Post by krishna6693 » Mon Jan 18, 2010 6:09 pm

Hi

I have applied for Tier 1 General Migrant Visa in June'2009 which has been rejected due insufficient maintainence funds (missing bank logo on the bank account statement).

I had applied for Admin Review in July'2009 and received the response in Oct'2009 that my AR is rejected due to the same reasons.

I am submitting a fresh application in Feb'2010. It is quite some time now and was not browsing through UK Home Office Web sites.

I started going through the websites for detailed information.

However, request you all to kindly let me know if there are any changes in the process of Tier 1 General Migrant Visa from June'2009 to till date.

Any inputs are highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot

Regards

I guess the the most significant change is the mandatory requirement to have a Masters Degree.

Suggest that you (re)read Tier 1 policy guidance.
