tier 1 dependent visa query

tier 1 dependent visa query

HI,

My spouse is in UK as Tier 1 general migrant i need to apply for dependent visa i have included my husbands job offer letter and payslips but the name in pay slips is Naresh Potla and the name on his passport and other documents is Naresh Kumar Potla will that be a problem?? plz advice

If you are applying for Dependent visa.. Job offer letter is not required.. please make sure you attach SPONSER LETTER from your Husband which is imp and if you want attach lastest 3-6months payslips (which is not require though)

Please check/search this forum for other documents you need to furnish like:

1. Marriage certificate
2. Bankstatements showing Maintenance funds for you both etc..

Merriage Certificate
Job letter from HR
3 months bank statement for Maintenance funds
Accomidation proof (not mandetory but will help)

thats what i provided for my wife's visa
