Wife visa

Post by salman83 » Sat Jan 16, 2010 11:55 pm

Hi all,

I am currently on HSMP visa but my extension is due in three months. Also, during christmas holidays, I got married. I have a question whether it is good to apply for wife visa now or should I wait until I got the extension.

What form do I use to apply visa for my wife as she is abroad and I am in UK. What are the guidelines for application form. Any links will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

My personal suggestion would be that you wait until your extension gets approved.

Forms and guidance available on UKVisas Website. Use search to finds posts (loads of them are there) relating to Tier 1 dependents.
