Current Visa Status: HSMP
Visa Expiry date: 26 Feb 2010
I had an urgent query regarding the Maintenance Funds that need to be shown for HSMP extension under Tier 1.
Can you show a combination of saving accounts to prove that you've got sufficient funds for last 3 months.
For example
22-MAY-2009 TO 22-NOV-2009 Bank 1 Regular Saver Account having funds above £800 for this period.
19-NOV-2009 to 06-JAN-2010 Bank 2 Monthly Savings Account having funds above £800 for this period
Not a single day the amt has dropped below the min limit.
The latest bank statement date is 06-DEC-2009 to 06-JAN-2010.
This covers the entire 3-month period.
I've got the statements pulled from the bank on the bank stationery for BANK 1 A/c however, it does not show my name completely, hence don't want to take a chance.
For Bank 2 a/c the previous stmt before 19-NOV-2009 has been missed out and the Bank has given me the transactions on a letterhead and also the stamp. Should I present this stmt.
16-OCT-2009 to 03-NOV-2009 Bank 2 Stmt original present.
04-NOV-20009 to 18-NOV-2009 Original missing-I've got the transactions on bank's letterhead and stamped.
Unfortunately der's a difference of 12 pence between the closing balance on 03 NOV 2009 and balance foward as of 14-NOV-2009 as the account trasactions were archived on 04-NOV-2009.
19-NOV-2009 - Till Date ---> Bank 2 Stmt original present.
Would this suffice? Can you please advise.
