appeal is refused ...i am in last session .plz reply

hi all....
i just want to knw my appeal is just refused but that was university fault cuz they just advised me to show 1200£ as a ongoing student for maintennace and didn't show outstanding fee ..but now they r backing me up
can someone plz tell me can they still get me visa from homeoffice as thay said they have contacts as i am a genuine student and hve little time left to finish my studies...
