Hi Seniors

I need some help on ILR.

I entered first time in UK as HSMP holder on 20.3.08 (visa date was 15.02.08 granted for 2 yrs) and recently i got extension for further 3 years ending 14.2.13.

My question is that keeping in view my late entry by 35 days as mentioned above, will I have to go for further extension under Tier1 or will i be ok to apply for Indefinte Leave to Remain after the end of this extension.

Your repy will be a great help to me.

Provided you fulfil the residency requirements on the day you apply, you'll complete 5 years stay on 20 Mar 2013.

You can make an application at most 28 days earlier i.e.- 21 February 2013. And you must have valid leave to remain on this day ... which is only possible if you apply for another extension before expiry of your current leave.
