Working Holiday

Post by firechild » Sat Jan 07, 2006 12:09 am

Hello,

I have dual citizenship from two commonwealth countries. Can I apply for a working holiday visa on both passports?

No. If you get caught as you probably will then you will be in future denied a visa be it non settlement (e.g. visitor) or settlement (e.g. work permit) under para 320 of the immigration rules - the sub sections of 320 centre around character and non conducive refusal grounds...fraud (which your plan perpetrates) features in there too.
