I have received Notice Of hearing from AIT recently. I have some queries regarding witness letter and documents which i need to sent to HO and POU

Just give you some background about my case. I have applied for extension of tier 1 last December. My application was refused because I didn't send enough bank statements to prove my earnings. I didn't understand the law, what I did is I have sent 12 months payslip,P60 and letter from the employer but all 3 are from the same source. I have lodge appeal against that decision. Now I have all the bank statements.

1. Witness Letter:

Do I need to mention about the bank statements and reason why HO has refused my application?

2. All documents:

Do I need to send all the documents like degree doc to prove my education, birth certificate to prove my age, English ability etc?

Or just send missing bank statements and payslips (2 different sources)?

I dont know how much of what i say is applicable to u but it played a huge hand in my fate.. It entirely depends on the judge if he would let you include the bank statements u have now in the appeal.. I had a maintenance fund issue with my PSW application and i got details of my bank account from India.. But the stupid judge did not let me include the bank statements from india in the appeal saying that this is new information.. and that the appeal is basically just a review of if the home office had taken a wrong decision in rejecting your visa.. Of course if you have a solicitor, he/she could help you out and u need not get a stupid judge like i did.. so all the best..
