Hi all,

I am on 2 years visit visa at the moment. I am returning back home before my 180 days of total stay in UK by May.

As I have another a year and half left on my visa, I am just wondering when can I visit back to UK and for how long?

I couldn't find any precise information on this and would extremely appreciate if someone can advise me on this.

You're allowed 6 months out of 12. So it would be wise to wait 6 months before the next visit.

I'm with Elena on this one!

If you hadn't used up all your 180 days in one go, then you could have gone back to the UK soon after leaving! But I'm sure your 2 year mult entry visa has C MULT 180 on 'Type of Visa', hence the up to 180 days in every 12 months.

So best to wait for six months before you attempt to re-enter UK again on that particular visa.

You might get away with it if you try to re-enter earlier, but I wouldn't advise it. It will be noticed if you try to apply for a visa again, and you may be refused.
